At Pawskinz, the health, hygiene, and safety of our furry customers are our top priorities. Because our products are technical thermal protectors, sanitary regulations prevent us from accepting returns or exchanges once an item has left our facility.

Once a pair of Pawskinz has been tried on or used by a dog, they cannot be safely repurposed, repackaged, or resold to another pet.
