1. Overview

This website is operated by Pawskinz. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pawskinz. By visiting our site and/or purchasing our patented thermal dog paw protectors, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Intellectual Property & Patents

Pawskinz products, including our hybrid thermal sock protection and glow-in-the-dark safety features, are protected by granted patents and trademarks.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Product or Service without express written permission from us.

  • Any unauthorized use of our patented technology or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Sizing: Because Pawskinz are high-performance safety gear, proper fit is essential. It is the customer's responsibility to use our Sizing Guide to ensure a correct fit for their canine.

4. Safety & Proper Use

Pawskinz are designed to protect paws from environmental hazards like heat and ice. While our products offer significant thermal protection, they are not a substitute for owner vigilance.

  • We are not liable for any injuries to pets or humans resulting from improper fit, prolonged exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product's intent, or wear and tear that compromises the product's integrity.

5. Returns & Sanitary Policy

Due to the technical and hygienic nature of our pet products:

  • 7-Day Window: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sanitary Restrictions: For the health and safety of all animals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Pawskinz that have been worn or used. Once a product is purchased and used for a dog, it cannot be resold or repurposed for another animal.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Pawskinz pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Pawskinz, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
