Pawskinz Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Pawskinz to protect your canine’s paws. We are committed to delivering our patented hybrid thermal protection to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer several carrier options (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) so you can choose the delivery speed that best fits your needs.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak summer or winter seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Use this to monitor your dog paw protectors as they make their way to you.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pawskinz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Pawskinz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
